What is an E-ticket?
An E-Ticket is an electronically delivered ticket via email. You will need to take the booking reference or barcode - depending on the event - with you, either on your phone or as paper print out along with ID to gain entry to the event.
You may also be required, if requested by the promoter to provide the credit card that was used in the transaction.
We recommend printing the E-ticket in full to avoid any issues on the door.
We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising if you do not take this reference/barcode with you.
How secure is my personal information?
Watching Trees use a DigiCert certified 256-bit Secure Socket Layering and we use Stripe to process your payments and to keep your details safe. We do not store your credit card details after the transaction is complete.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take payments through Stripe merchant services, who accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and JCB and all debit cards.

Who sets the ticket prices of events on Watching Trees?
Ticket prices are set by the event promoters, and Watching Trees has no control over ticket prices. The prices displayed also include local taxes.
How many tickets can I buy for an event?
The limit for ticket purchases for a single event varies. The order limit will be shown in the dropdown when selecting your ticket quantity. Ticket limits may change without prior notice if the event is anticipated to have higher than normal demand to prevent hoarding or scalping.
What are the booking fees or hidden charges?
Tickets purchased through Watching Trees are subject to a per ticket, non-refundable booking fee.
To cover our costs we charge a booking fee on a per-ticket basis. We always try to make sure this is one of the lowest online for tickets. E-Tickets do not incur any additional charges than our processing fees, Physical Paper tickets will incur an extra printing and postage cost.
What you see at checkout is what you pay. There are no hidden costs apart from the Ticket Price and Booking Fee.
